Streetly Return & Exchange Policy
At Streetly, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. Every item undergoes rigorous quality checks before it reaches you. We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase, and our policy is designed to address any genuine issues you might encounter.
1. Return/Exchange Policy Overview: We offer exchanges for items that are received damaged, incorrect size or product, or have a manufacturing defect. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review our size charts and product details before making a purchase. 2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange: To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return/exchange request must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and any complimentary items (e.g., short-story book) intact.
- The issue must be due to a genuine error.
3. Reasons for Return/Exchange: We only accept return/exchange requests for the following reasons:
- Damaged Item Received: If your product arrives damaged.
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a genuine manufacturing flaw.
- Wrong Item/Size/Color Received: If you receive a different item/size/color than what you ordered.
- Buyer's Remorse: If you have a genuine concern about the product you received, not to worry, we are here to help you!
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange Request: To initiate a return/exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us: Send an email to support@streetly.co.in within 10 days of receiving your order.

Provide Details: In your email, include:
- Your Order Number.
- The specific item(s) you wish to return/exchange. Also, specify if its going to be a return or an exchange.
- A clear description of the damage, manufacturing defect, or the incorrect item received.
- Crucial Proof: For damaged items, manufacturing defects, or wrong items received, a single, continuous, uncut video showing the unboxing process is mandatory. This video should clearly capture the package's condition upon arrival, the entire unboxing without any cuts, all contents, and specifically highlight the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received. Claims without this video proof cannot be processed.
5. Return/Exchange Process & Shipping Costs: Once your return/exchange request is received and the video proof is reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you through the next steps. Since we accept returns/exchanges for issues caused by error (damaged item, manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email for you to send the item back to us. In case of buyer's remorse, our team will reach out to specify if any costs are associated.
6. Inspection and Return/Exchange Fulfillment
- Upon receiving your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it thoroughly to confirm the reported issue.
- Once the defect or error is validated, we will process your return/exchange. We will dispatch the correct replacement item or a fresh, defect-free piece of the same item you originally ordered if you opt for exchange.
- Returns/Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. We do not offer exchanges for different items than what was originally ordered.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details for your replacement item once it is dispatched.
7. Refunds (When Applicable): In rare cases where an exchange is not possible (e.g., item is out of stock after your eligible return is approved and inspected), a refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed from our end. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Proof of Purchase: All return/exchange requests require valid proof of purchase (your order number or invoice).
