Streetly Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Streetly, we are dedicated to delivering your premium apparel swiftly and securely across India. We believe in transparency and want you to have the best shopping experience possible.
1. Shipping Destinations: We are proud to offer Pan India delivery for all our products. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Costs: Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide Free Cash on Delivery (COD) services for your convenience. Please note, the availability of COD may depend on your specific PIN code. Please enter your pin code to check COD availability at Checkout. If COD is not available for your area, you will be notified during checkout, and alternative payment methods will be suggested.
4. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, our team meticulously prepares it for dispatch. This typically takes 24-48 hours. While these are estimated times, the vast majority of orders are processed within this window.

Standard Delivery: After processing, your order will be shipped, and you can expect delivery within:
- 1-3 business days for most major cities and towns.
- 4-7 business days for certain remote or less accessible locations.
5. Factors Affecting Delivery Times: While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that estimated delivery times are subject to various factors that are beyond our direct control. These may include:
- Unforeseen courier delays or operational disruptions.
- Public holidays, festivals, or local government restrictions.
- Extreme weather conditions.
- Pin code serviceability issues.
- Any unusual or high volume periods (e.g., sale events). We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
6. Shipping Partners: We have partnered with leading and reliable courier services across India to ensure your Streetly order reaches you safely and efficiently. Our advanced logistics system selects the most suitable delivery partner for your location to provide optimal service.
7. Order Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled (meaning it has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner with an AWB/tracking number generated), you will receive a comprehensive shipping confirmation via email and SMS. This notification will include your unique tracking number and a direct link to track the real-time status of your package.
8. Lost in Transit Policy: In the rare event that your package is confirmed lost by our shipping partner after it has been dispatched, we will take full responsibility. After a waiting period of 15 business days from the last tracking update (to allow for any unforeseen delays), you will have the option to choose between a full refund to your original payment method or the dispatch of a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
9. Damaged Shipments or Missing Contents Policy: We meticulously package every Streetly product with utmost care and ensure that everything is perfectly done before dispatch. However, as humans, we understand that errors or transit mishaps can occasionally occur.
To help us resolve any issues efficiently, if you receive a package that appears damaged, or if you suspect missing contents or damage to the actual T-shirt:
- Before accepting delivery and opening the package, please shoot a single, continuous, uncut video of the unboxing process.
- The video should clearly show:
- The package's condition upon arrival (before opening).
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts.
- All contents of the package.
- Any specific damage to the product or details of missing items.
- This unboxing video is crucial for us to verify your claim and initiate a resolution (refund or replacement). Please email this video to support@streetly.co.in along with your order details within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the following will apply:
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
- However, the shipping charges (both for the initial shipment and the return-to-origin/RTO fees charged by the courier) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after the package has been returned to our facility and inspected.
11. P.O. Box Deliveries: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly ensure you provide a complete and valid physical street address for delivery.
12. Expedited Shipping: For inquiries regarding expedited shipping options, please contact us directly at info@streetly.co.in to make arrangements. Please be aware that expedited shipping will incur an additional cost.
